1 year warranty against any type of manufacturing defect – We at watchocart.in offers 365 days Repair/replacement warranty for all products sold on watchocart.in, Customers may notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect within 365 days from the date of delivery and we will repair first if not able repair then replace it with the same faulty product 

Our one-year repair or replacement warranty, as per our terms & conditions, is valid only in manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of lost or physical damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on the part of the customer.

We will repair your product within the warranty period of 1 year, provided that :

The item has a manufacturer’s defect.

The product does not function according to the specifications

if we are not able to repair it then we replace it with the same product.

Warranty does not cover the following occurrences :

Mishandled merchandise by the Customer

Cracked glass

Battery failure

Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind

Damage Caused by Water

Conditions of Returns

The product is in the original shrink wrap.

All links must be attached to the watch.

The product has no scratches on the entire watch or marks on the sapphire crystals or glass.

The courier fees or the transportation expenses back and forth must be paid by you.

You should inform us the same day and send it back without use (same condition u get)

Instructions while making a Return/Exchange if you get the wrong product – When mailing us the information on your return/exchanges, please include the following details in a small note attached with the Package being returned to us as per our.

Refund –  Once your return is received and approved, within 2 – 3 working day, we transfer the amount to your account ( Google Pay, Bank transfer)

We don’t have a return policy without a reason.

1- We Generally Ship by the ‘Cash On Delivery’ method, which is free of charge. (We accept a maximum of 25000/- orders for first-time customers via Cash on delivery)

2- After confirming the Order, we will verify the order by calling you on the contact number provided by you in the order.

3- Once the Order is verified via SMS, we will start its packaging, shipment, and eventually delivery at your doorstep anywhere in India.

4- You will have to pay for the EXACT invoice value when our courier person visits your shipping address along with the shipment.

5- All payments are to be made by CASH only. We do not accept any gift vouchers, Credit notes or any other payment mode for CASH ON DELIVERY shipments.

6- Please check the physical condition of the shipment before payment. All shipments are sent to you in tamper-evident packaging.
